My Privacy Policy
LouLouLifts (“LLL”) is committed to protecting your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle and treat your data when you visit our website at louloulifts.co.uk (the “Site”); engage us to provide services (“Services”).
This Privacy Policy is intended to assist you in making informed decisions when choosing to use the Site and our Services and/or to understand how we may process your personal information in providing our Services or when you apply to work at LLL. We recommend that you take the time to read it carefully.
This Privacy Policy also deals with how we process information which we have obtained about you from a third party and the purposes for which we process your personal information, as well as setting out your rights in respect of our processing of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information relating to our staff which we hold in connection with their employment, which is dealt with by our internal employee privacy policy.

LLL is an online personal training membership website.

Directly: You may provide us with your personal information when you engage us to provide Services or otherwise correspond with us by post, phone, email or otherwise, or we obtain such information as a result of your relationship with our staff or clients.

We may also receive publicly available information about you from various sources, including Companies House, anti-money laundering or ID verification service providers, social media or public registries.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our online services; any transmission is at your own risk.
Your rights
You have certain rights in connection with our processing of your personal information. You will not have to pay a fee to exercise any of these rights, although we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive or we may refuse to comply with your request.

If you receive marketing materials relating to our services by email or post, you may withdraw your consent for us to send these to you at any time, by using the “unsubscribe” option included in the email or other material.
