WELCOME
Hi, I’m Louise.
Im a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness coach with over 10 years’ experience training a variety of clients from new gym goers to professional athletes. I have also taught fitness classes across Europe and managed some of the UK’s top gyms.
It has been my time working in these gyms that has led me to create the LouLouLifts Programme. It struck me that there were so many members wandering around the gym with no clue really what to do.
Motivation or time wasn’t their problem as they had already made it there and they kind of knew the basics. They didn’t want or couldn’t afford a personal trainer, but they needed a bit of advice on putting a programme together without having to trawl through endless websites and trying to make their own.

WHAT I OFFER
Online Programmes
Four different programmes each month. One for the gym, one for home, one HIIT training and a core blast routine.
Core Blast
A 10 minute core session that can be done daily or after a workout to target your abs and inner core strength.
HIIT Workouts
A 30 minutes session that can done at home or outside with no equipment. Set your metabolism on fire and burn some serious cals with these short, high intensity cardio sessions.
Gym Workouts
Each months gym program gives you 3 days of workouts to complete. One upper body, one lower body and one optional full body high intensity session.
Home Workouts
The home sessions for each month will try to imitate as closely as possibly the gym sessions for those who cannot or do not want to train in a gym.

Why Me?
In recent years I have competed in Powerlifting and also gained my Black belt in kickboxing and I am currently training to be a stunt performer.
If im not not in the gym training someone or myself, I’m usually running one of my 2 daughters to football, karate or horse riding! In our family we really don’t sit still!
